Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cardlio ("App", "Service", or "Platform"), owned and operated by Addon Shareware Pvt Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Cardlio (website, mobile application, and backend services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of Cardlio, you must create an account via Mobile Number OTP verification or Google Sign-In.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when building your digital visiting card.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@addonshareware.com of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

2. Digital Cards & Content Guidelines

Cardlio allows you to create, host, share, and display digital business cards containing personal and professional information, photos, logos, social media links, and work URLs.

We reserve the right to remove any digital card or suspend accounts that violate these content guidelines without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Cardlio offers Free and Paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Access to basic digital card creation and sharing features.
• Paid Plan: Access to premium themes, custom colors, real-time analytics, and advanced card management.
• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your financial details (credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials) on our servers.
• Prices and features are subject to change. Any price changes for existing subscriptions will be notified in advance.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all text, images, logos, and personal details uploaded to your digital card. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, render, and display your card content as intended for the Service.
• Our Platform: Addon Shareware Pvt Ltd. retains all rights, title, and interest in Cardlio, including its software code, UI design, logos, trademarks, and feature set. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the Platform.

5. Account Termination & Deletion

You may delete your Cardlio account at any time directly through the app via Profile / Settings -> Delete Account or by emailing info@addonshareware.com. Upon deletion, your digital cards, uploaded assets, and profile data will be permanently removed from active databases in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Cardlio immediately if you breach any of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Addon Shareware Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cardlio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Cardlio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
